A valid passport is required. Visas can be obtained at all points of entry and at embassies. We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive insurance which includes coverage for medical expenses, injury, delays, loss and damage to property and death. Africa VIP Travel will not be held responsible for any such claims.

RESERVATIONS
Africa VIP Travel requires a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to departure of the trip.
LIABILITIES
The respective laws of the lad govern all persons carried on the companies' vehicles and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Tanzania.

For discounted Airline tickets through Africa, we have a list of travel agents we will recommend. If you don't have an idea of how to booking a flight, contact Africa VIP Travel and we will be happy to linkup you with one of the travel agents.
FLYING TO/FROM ARUSHA TANZANIA (KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT)
Africa VIP Travel will gladly make round-trip airline reservations for yu from your hometown to Kilimanjaro International Airport in Arusha, Tanzania. Travel to Arusha is normally on Northwest and KLM via Amsterdam. Due to the infrequent service and heavy demand for Northwest and KLM flight to Kilimanjaro, we strongly suggest you book your tickets immediately. Full payments for airline tickets are due 7 days from the time of booking.
PASSPORT AND VISA INFORMATION

VACCINATION CERTIFICATE:
Visitors traveling to Tanzania do need a valid international certificate of vaccination against Yellow fever and Cholera!
Anti-malaria medication is recommended when traveling within East Africa. Ant – malaria tablets are recommended to be taken a few days prior of arrival, during your stay and for a short period after returning home.
TRIP CONNECTIONS 1. Climbing Tours can also be combined with the Wildlife Safaris. However, walking Safaris cannot be combined with Climbing Tour; it is possible to connect to a Wildlife Safari if you are planning to do both.
2. Also, it is possible to connect the Walking safari and the Wildlife Safari. (Walking Safari is after the Wildlife Safari). But this itinerary of Wildlife Safari and Walking Safari does not include climbing.
EQUIPMENT AND CLOTHING REQUIREMENTS
For your upcoming trip, there are lots of details we need to pass along---essential details like exactly what kind of clothing to bring, what immunizations are required or recommended and how best to stay healthy on the trip. Some of supplies are available for purchase in Tanzania but it is recommended that you come with them.
SAFARI
Light cotton clothes, woolen sweater or jacket, comfortable shoes, hat/cap, comb, camera, film, binoculars, telephoto lens, deodorant, insect repellent, sun block, after-sun cream, toothbrush, toothpaste, Vaseline, moisturizer, soap, torch, sunglasses, water bottle, Swiss Army knife, towel, sleeping bags, toilets paper and heavy duty plastic bags.
